Semiautomatic machine with hydraulic manipulation. The machine is designed for cutting of material in vertical and angle cuts, angle cuts are possible to set fluently from 60° left to 60° right.
The machine is designed to saw steel materials, but also non-ferrous and light metals. However, we recommend consulting the manufacturer about this option.
The machine is equipped with a MITSUBISHI PLC controller featuring automatic feed control BRP. The control panel uses a touch display and PLC, enabling semi-automatic cutting as well as communication with the operator.
User settings:
STOP function: Cutting can be stopped at any time by pressing the STOP button. The frame moves upward with the blade running, without opening the vice.
Regulation of cutting speed is manual via throttle valve near the control panel. Automatic safety regulation PEGAS BRP stops the machine if the preset blade load is exceeded.
The machine is constructionally designed for extreme industrial conditions. The arm is a robust heavy weldment ensuring toughness and cutting precision.
After manual adjustment of the jaws, the operator starts the cycle from the control panel. The hydraulic vice clamps the material and cutting begins. Cutting speed is controlled by throttle valve. After completion, arm and vice movements follow user settings and the material can be removed.
