Description
Gravitational band saw machine. The working movement of the arm is caused by the weight of the arm itself, and the cutting speed is regulated by a hydraulic cylinder.
The machine is designed for cutting material in vertical and angle cuts. Angle cuts can be set fluently from 0° to 60° to the right using a quick clamping handle.
It is suitable for piece production and small series production. Thanks to its robust construction, it enables cutting of a wide range of profiles and solid materials.
Construction
The machine is structurally designed to meet standard production conditions. All carrying parts are made of cast iron castings to ensure strength, vibration absorption, and shock resistance.
The arm, vice, and turntable are made of cast iron. The arm is inclined by 25°, which increases blade life. Lower working positions are controlled by cam and microswitches.
The arm stops automatically after reaching the lower position and is lifted manually by the operator.
The vice is made of cast iron and ensures safe clamping of the material. It is mounted in an adjustable dovetail groove and equipped with a quick clamping mechanism. The moving jaw is operated manually via a wheel with trapezoidal thread.
The cast iron turntable provides a large support surface for the material. Manual rotation allows angle cuts, while angle fixation is achieved using a quick clamping lever. General angles are adjusted using a nonius scale.

Operating Cycle
The manually controlled quick clamping vice secures the material. Cutting speed is regulated by a hydraulic damper and restrictor choke valve. After finishing the cut, the machine stops automatically, and the operator lifts the arm manually to the starting position. Material feeding is manual.
