After starting the machine, the vices clamp automatically and cutting begins at the set speed. Once the cut is completed, the arm lifts to the programmed upper position. The feeder advances the material either in periodic or consecutive feeding mode. The main vice clamps the material, the feeder vice releases, and the cycle repeats automatically. The operator is only responsible for loading raw material and removing cut pieces. Cutting feed and blade speed can be adjusted during operation.
