Semiautomatic, hydraulically manipulated two column band saw machine. An unique construction of the band saw machine with three pulleys for leading of the blade. With the blade that is 8 degrees sloped against the level, the machine guarantees high cutting efficiency. The machine is designed for vertical cuts and is highly efficient for cutting construction steel profiles. Secondary use is possible for cutting hardened materials.
Cutting feed regulation is achieved via servo motor and hydraulic throttle valve, allowing very precise feed rate control. The operator sets the required feed rate (mm/min) and the machine maintains it accurately.
After starting the machine, the vices clamp automatically. Cutting is performed with the selected cutting speed. After reaching the end position, the arm moves to the preset upper position and the vices open automatically. The operator only handles the material.
