Semiautomatic machine with hydraulic manipulation.
The machine is designed for cutting of material in vertical and angle cuts. Angle cuts are possible to set fluently from 0° to 60° to the right and from 0° to 60° to the left using a quick clamping handle.
It is suitable for serial production in industrial premises. The machine is designed to saw steel materials, as well as non-ferrous and light metals. For special materials, consulting the manufacturer is recommended.
User settings include:
STOP function: Allows stopping the cutting process at any time by pressing the STOP button. The frame moves up with the blade running without opening the vice.
Cutting speed regulation is manual via a throttle valve next to the control panel. Automatic safety regulation (PEGAS BRP) stops the machine if preset blade load is exceeded.
The ergonomic control panel is mounted on a movable console and includes mechanical buttons and a digital display. Basic machine movements and cutting cycle start are controlled via high-quality foil keyboard buttons.
After manual adjustment of the jaws, the operator starts the cycle via the control panel. The hydraulic vice clamps the material and cutting begins. Cutting speed is regulated using a throttle valve. After the cut, arm and vice movements follow user-defined parameters. The vice opens automatically and the operator can remove the material.
