The edging machine MCKalibrisb is a professional universal equipment for cutting slabs (slabs) made of natural and artificial stone with a maximum size of 3100*1000*120 mm.
Sawing, edging or facing at an angle of 45° is carried out with a diamond circular saw with a diameter of 450 mm in semi-automatic or automatic mode according to a program pre-set and executed by a programmable logic controller. Adjustable stepless carriage feed speed and spindle speed allow you to select the optimal cutting mode for any type of stone, ensuring high productivity and quality of processing. The positioning of the workpiece is carried out using the "microlift" device and a laser line.
The MCKalibrisb uses a closed cooling cycle. Water is supplied directly to the cutting tool from a cascade bath, which serves as a sludge trap.
