The milling machine "MCFB062" is designed for mechanical processing of worn bearing surfaces of the bearings of the bolster of the bogie of freight cars 18-100.
After restoration by wear-resistant surfacing during depot repairs, bearing supports are successively processed to drawing dimensions by two milling cutters equipped with quick-change carbide inserts. Spindle heads with the working tool move independently from each other.
The machine is easy to operate and does not require high qualification of the operator, since the entire milling cycle takes place automatically.
