Liva Upgraded shares the same modular structure with Liva Expanded so customers purchasing Liva Upgraded enjoy a rigid frame machined to 0,01 mm accuracy in single piece with a deep throat and high stroke/daylight that can form large format plates as well as deep box/panels.

Whether you want to form a part by air bending, bottoming or hemming, Liva Upgraded's advanced angle calculation formula, precise servo hydraulic system and electronic linear scales ensure you get the right part every time.

The editable material database on Liva Upgraded lets you add as many material as you want and even allows you to enter the springback of the material so the control can autocorrect angles to compensate for springback

We have designed and built Liva Upgraded to have a delicate balance between your budget and your production requirements. With its high stroke and daylight, manual bed crowning, 2D graphic control and two axis backgauge (X+R), it is a very capable press brake from very simple to very complex parts. Easy to set up with its Quick-release punch clamps and sliding front support arms on linear guides, easy to program with its 10” touchscreen 2D control, NexT, Liva Upgraded streamlines your production and helps you make more parts. Liva Upgraded comes with NexT 2.0, a full fledged 2D graphic control with 15" touchscreen that is very easy to program and to run. After you put in flange lengths and angles of the part you want to bend, NexT will tell you the exact dimension of the sheet you need to cut on your shear or laser and will simulate the optimum bending sequence with minimum rotation of the part and avoiding any collision with tools or the machine

Other notable features of NexT 2.0 are; DXF Tool Import : Every press brake operator knows entering new tools to a CNC control is time consuming and tedious process. We have a solution! Just ask your tool supplier a 2D DXF drawing of the tool you purchase, put it on a USB flash drive and NexT will pull that in and put your new tooling in the tool library. Ten seconds and you are good to go!
You can also easily define multiple tooling station for stage bending and choose which station to use in each bend to realize complex parts with ease.

Production Reports : NexT will keep a production report for each operator defined with details like the duration machine ran for and number of bend cycles performed by the operator. This way production manager can control the productivity level of the press brake just with a glance!
Liva Upgraded 's hand operated bed crowning system ensures even angles along the full length of the bed and can be upgraded to CNC controlled bed crowning on request. (Not available on 1500 mm model)

Auto start-stop function stops all the electric motors when the machine is left idle for a specified time and starts right back when the pedal or start button is pressed. This feature not only reduces your electric bill and help preserve the environment but also prevents the hydraulic oil from reaching high temperatures because of constant oil loop, therefore keeps the angles consistent from the start of the day to the end.

State of the art hydraulics with servo proportional valves, honed and chrome covered cylinders with precision ground pistons with high quality seals ensure decades of trouble-free operation.

All NexT controls are equipped with remote diagnostic feature and in the unlikely event of an issue, our engineers can remotely connect to your machine and diagnose any issues you might have.

Servo driven two axis (X,R) premium backgauge runs on ballscrews and double linear guide for maximum precision. It has two precision machined gauging fingers that can be moved along the backgauge bar on linear guides. Complete frame of the backgauge is machined out of aluminum for rigidity and fast speed operation. With this frame, X axis can operate at 500 mm/sec and with an accuracy of up to +-0,05 mm and repeatability up to +-0,02 mm

Liva Upgraded comes with full length, sectioned, hardened and ground high quality punch and 4V die. Liva Upgraded’s tool clamps are European style and can accommodate a large selection of punches and dies from various tool builders. An American tool clamping system is available on request.
