TECHNICAL FEATURES
More than the UNI70/C with mandrel manual digital this machine includes the following features:
- 3-phases 380V 50Hz asynchronus, self-braking motor (different voltages can be supplied on request) 2 speeds 2,3/3,1 kw power.
- Microprocessor controlled software able to store up to 50 bending angles along with different recovery angles.
- Possibility to program 50 different sequences with 9 max. bends each in an automatic working cycle.
- Automatic hydraulic system for the closure and opening of the bending accessories.
- Programmable extraction of the mandrel to accomplish a very high quality bend.
- Nominal capacity of 2” (50.8 x 2mm.) Stainless steel.
- Power supply 380V. (other voltages upon request).
- Mechanical chuck to position the tube with length and plane stops.

1. Steel former for pipes from diam.10mm to diam.50,8mm and corresponding inch sizes.
2. Square steel jaw (one per size).
3. Couple of rollers (one per size) – It must be used instead of the slider guide when pipes have a wall-thickness over 2,5mm and no particular aesthetical exigency is required.
4. Slider (one x size according to diameter and bending radius) for thin and delicate pipes it avoids marks on the external pipe’surface. It is used instead of the guide for twin-rollers.
5. Wiper-die (one per size according to diameter and bending radius). To bend with mandrel finished delicate and thin-wall tubes; it avoids wrinkles inside the pipe and can be used together with the slider or with the couple of rolls.
6. Mandrel support rod.
