The band saw is capable to perform any cutting-to-length or miter cutting tasks in the case of tubes, sections and solid material. The machine allows to be use for straight cuts and also for miter cuts in a range from 0 ° to + 60 °. The miter angle is adjusted via an easy to control panel. The panel is moveable and allows you an unobstructed view to the machine. The infinitely adjustable cutting speed (from 20 m/min. to 120 m/min.) and simple adjustable cutting feed allow a sensitive and blade-saving cutting. The entire material feeding area is designed as a transit roll-way with embedded rollers. Simple processes, quick sawing cycle times and short residual pieces make this machine an ideal partner for series production.
The VisualDialog control system allows to see the operation parts in short steps on the individual screens, and it is also possible to cut small series economically. The machine can be extend with a wide range of various acessories.
