BasiCut 275.230 DG is simple and universal manual bandsaw, which is used mainly in locksmith shops and smaller operations. Cast iron arm provide a better absorption of vibrations during cutting than the arm from a welded construction.

The saw band is driven by a double-speed industrial motor and an oil-bath worm gearbox.

Machine is equiped with the double-sided swivelling arm with angle positioning 45° to the left and 60° to the right (at a stable position of the clamped material) and a robust vice ensure a universal use of the saw.The material clamping is done very easily by using a vice, whose movable jaw is guided by trapezoi- dal screw. During serial cutting, the material can be effectively clamped by using a fast (eccentric) lever. Material feeding is carried out manually, by the arm of the operator.
