The drilling machine KOVOTA has been specifically designed for efficient angle drilling, hole forming and threading of tubes. This machine is the perfect tool for working with tubes, whether for demanding industrial applications or precision manufacturing.
Drilling tubess at an angle is traditionally a difficult task that requires a rigid guide and long tools. With KOVOTA, however, these problems disappear. Thanks to a unique technology that allows you to drill both walls of the tube simultaneously and against each other, we eliminate the need for long tools and complex clamping. This means not only higher productivity, but also more precise results.
Kovota also excels in thread production. Thanks to the modern flowdrill method (using speed and pressure to heat the material and prepare the hole for the thread), it allows for easy creation of solid threads even in pipes with a wall thickness of around 2 mm. The resulting thread is longer, stronger and the material structure is compacted. In addition, we use forming taps, which eliminates chip machining and ensures an intact thread surface. This procedure saves you costs - you will no longer need expensive rivet nuts.
Another advantage of Kovota is the possibility of several drilling units working simultaneously, each of which can perform a different task. This significantly increases efficiency and flexibility in production.
