The body design of Servo Panel Benders consists of a cast-iron frame with a rigid structure to ensure minimum deflection under load and maximum precision.

Two servo motors drive the auxiliary folding blades at both ends, and the system automatically operates the auxiliary folding blades according to the plate bending program requirements. This enables one-sided local bending of plates and enriches the range of bending styles.
Depending on the bending requirements of the plate, it can be configured as a lower or upper auxiliary folding blade.

On both sides of the machine, the servo motor–driven loading and unloading mechanisms work in perfect synchronization with the bending table, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient material handling throughout the process.
The three-axis dual-head moving gantry adopts a single-beam design with dual retrieval arms. Its function is for Retrieval Arm No.1 to transfer the cut plate from the laser cutting machine to the single-axis conveyor, while Retrieval Arm No.2 transfers the cut plate from the single-axis conveyor to the CNC punching machine’s working table. The dual-arm retrieval design accelerates the plate transfer rhythm and improves the working efficiency of the entire assembly line. Each retrieval arm grips the plate using vacuum suction cups, whose quantity can be freely configured, thereby increasing the flexibility and variety of plate handling.
